This is my fit property purchase, and I decided on DD Avenue. I got a 2 BHK villa which is about 1038 square feet. The price was around 40 Lakhs, which fit my budget for a fit home. It's ready to move in, so I didn't have to wait for construction. The location in Periyanaickenpalayam is developing, and it's close to NH 67 which is convenient for travel. The villa itself is decent, nothing too extravagant but good for a start. I liked that they have 24x7 security. My only minor concern is that the interior finishing could have been a little better, but for the price I can't complain too much. It’s a good starting point.

We finally moved into our 3 BHK villa at DD Avenue last month. It felt like the right choice because it's so close to G. K. D. Matriculation Higher Secondary School, literally a short distance which is amazing for the kids. The villa size is good, around 1413 square feet, so we have enough space. The children's play area is well maintained and they love it. DD Housing and Infra Pvt Ltd included landscaping which makes the community look nice. The only slight issue is that Mettupalayam Road can get busy during peak hou, but inside the community it is quiet. Overall, the move has been smooth and we are happy with the decision.

The main drawback is the access road; it's a bit narrow before you reach the main Mettupalayam Road, which can be a small hassle sometimes.
