We were looking for a 3 BHK in Kolkata and DC Maya caught our eye. The main reason for choosing this was its proximity to Khudiram Metro Station, making my commute easier. Also, Narayana Hospital is very close by, which gives us peace of mind. The flats are 1500 square feet, which is plenty of space for our two kids. It is a ready to move project, so we could shift in quickly. The kids have a good play area and the gated community aspect is nice. One small issue is the traffic around Garia during peak hou, but it's manageable. DC construction seems to have delivered on time.
