We chose DB Diwali Elegance mainly because of its proximity to SGVP International School, which is practically next door. This was a huge deciding factor for us with two young children. The 2 BHK flat we saw, with 1278 sq.ft built-up area, felt adequate for our needs. The children's play area is well-maintained and safe. The price of approximately 69 Lakh was reasonable for the location and facilities. We did notice some traffic noise from the nearby SG Highway, especially during peak hou, but inside the flat, it's not too botheome. The 24x7 water supply is a big relief.
