    Dayasagar Residency in Garchuk is a project I considered for its proximity to essential services. Royal Global School and Apollo Excelcare Hospital are practically next door, which is a huge advantage. The 3 BHK apartments are quite spacious, ranging up to 1478 Sq.ft. The prices are reasonable for Guwahati, falling between 45 Lakh and 66.51 Lakh. I appreciate the inclusion of a fire fighting system and 24x7 CCTV surveillance for safety. The project is still under construction and expected to be completed by February 2028. The only downside I noticed was the approach road, which is a bit narrow, but hopefully, that improves.
