The price range is quite wide, from 42.98 L up to 1.86 Cr for the larger configurations. While it's ready, getting OC was not mentioned, which can be a concern for resale value. The amenities are decent, including a swimming pool and amphitheater. The proximity to Oakridge International School is a plus for rental appeal. It's a calculated risk, hoping for good appreciation.
