This is my fit time buying a property, and I chose Dasgupta 101. The location in Bow Bazaar is very convenient, with Calcutta Girls' High School just a short walk away, which is reassuring. Also, Apollo Multispeciality Hospitals being so close provides a great sense of security. The project is still under construction, and Dasgupta And Associates expects to complete it by December 2026. I am a bit concerned about the actual size of the rooms once construction is finished, as sometimes the floor plans can be a bit deceiving. However, the developer seems professional, and the location's advantages are undeniable. Having closed car parking is a good feature included.
