    As a retiree, I was looking for a peaceful environment and Das Majumder Golden House offered just that. I purchased a 2 BHK flat with a built-up area of 1150 square feet. The price was about 38 Lakhs. The presence of a flower garden and landscaping makes the complex pleasant. It’s also good that they have 24x7 CCTV surveillance for security. The location is convenient with Garia Station Road nearby, meaning easy access. However, I found the rooms to be a little smaller than I expected, especially the second bedroom. The construction quality appeasolid, and the builder, Das Majumder Construction, has a reputation for timely delivery based on their past projects.

    This is my fit property purchase and I was a bit nervous. The team at Das Majumder Construction seemed experienced. I chose a 2 BHK measuring 1050 square feet. It felt spacious enough for my needs. The price was around 35 Lakhs, which was manageable. I liked that they have a children's play area and some landscaping. The project was completed in February 2019, which is good. My only concern is the lack of information about OC received; I wish they had provided that. It’s also not very close to the metro, Khudiram Metro Station is nearby. Still, it feels like a good start.

    We were looking for something ready to move and Das Majumder Golden House fit the bill. Got a 2 BHK which is 899 square feet, seems decent size for us. The location is interesting, very close to Garia Station Road which is convenient. The prices were also within our budget, around 30 Lakhs. They have a gymnasium which is a plus for staying fit. However, the approach road is a bit narrow and can get congested during peak houAlso, it's a bit further from the main highway than we initially thought. Overall, it’s a decent place for a young couple starting out.

However, the traffic on Garia Station Road can be quite heavy during morning and evening commutes. Also, the area can get dusty sometimes due to ongoing development nearby. My only reservation is that the OC received status is not available, which raises a slight concern for future transactions.
