The location in Padra, near Darapura, is convenient as the Old Bus Stand is nearby, making travel easier. I also appreciate the Vastu compliant design of the plots. The price was within my budget at around 18.48 Lakh. However, the road access to the project site needs improvement; it's a bit narrow currently, which can be inconvenient during peak houwith traffic.
