It’s convenient that the project is ready to move in, so I didn't have to wait. The location in Manapakkam is developing, and it’s good to be close to essential services like schools and healthcare facilities. The main drawback I noticed was the traffic on the nearby roads during morning and evening rush times, which can be quite heavy. Overall, it’s a decent property for a calm life.
