The project by Darjeeling Real Estate Agents And Developeis located in Haidar Para, Dagapur, Siliguri, and is scheduled for completion in December 2025. I was impressed with the extensive amenities, including the Rooftop Club, Terrace Garden, and Landscaping & Tree Planting. The inclusion of Water Conservation and Rain water Harvesting is also commendable. Having 24X7 Water Supply and a Lift(s) is essential. The only minor drawback is that the OC has not been received yet, which is something to keep an eye on.
