  As I live abroad, finding a reliable property for my parents in Nashik was a challenge. Dales Aher Park by Dales Estates caught my eye because it's ready to move and offevillas. I chose a 2 BHK, 1320 square feet, which should be comfortable for them. The nearby Yashwant Hospital, nearby, provides crucial medical access. Intercom facility is also good for them to communicate easily within the community. While I haven't seen it myself, my parents visited the site and said the construction quality looked good. I am slightly concerned about the accessibility to the main road from Sinnarkar, but overall it seems like a peaceful place for them.
