We have booked a 3 BHK flat in Daksh Avlon. The location in Anandvalli is quite peaceful which is what we wanted after retiring. It is about 1860 square feet, which is spacious enough for us. The developer, Daksh Realty, seems to have good plans for the amenities, like the green gymnasium and a work-from-home pavilion. The surrounding area is developing well, with College Road only about 3.7 kilometeaway. We are looking forward to moving in by March 2029. The price was within our savings, around 1.15 Crore. Overall, it seems like a good place for a quiet life.
