Having Oakridge International School Bangalore nearby was a major deciding factor. The community amenities are excellent for kids, with a cricket pitch and a swimming pool. The outdoor work and reading pods are a great concept for parents. The villas are ready to move in. The landscaping and tree planting create a very pleasant environment. My only slight worry is the nearby distance to Spandana Hospital; it feels a bit far in case of an emergency. Overall, it's a good place for family living, with plenty of space.
