We were looking for a ready-to-move villa in Greater Noida and found Dagar Ashiyana Prime Villas. We got a 4 BHK villa which has a built-up area of 2250 to 2500 square feet, giving us plenty of space. It's convenient as it's close to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, nearby, making commutes easier. We also liked the Vastu compliant design. The price range of 1.07 Cr to 1.33 Cr was acceptable for us. The only minor issue is the distance to the metro station, Shaheed Sthal, which is nearby. But overall, the amenities and space are great.
