DAC Venice caught our eye because of the modern amenities like the Coworking space and the Terrace Garden. We are looking at the 3 BHK configuration, which is quite spacious at 1479 square feet. The price goes up to 1.02 Crore, which is a bit high but we feel the features justify it for our lifestyle in Chennai West. It's still under construction, finishing in February 2028. The proximity to Sri Krish International School, which is nearby, is a huge plus for our future family plans. The swimming pool and party hall are great for entertaining. We are excited about this purchase.

This is my very fit home purchase. I chose DAC Venice because it felt like a good starting point. I am getting a 2 BHK flat, which is 927 square feet built up. The price point of 65.99 Lakh seemed okay for a new construction in Chennai West. The developer, DAC Develope, is building this project expected to finish in February 2028. I liked the contemporary smart floor plans they showed. However, the dust and noise from ongoing construction are noticeable when you visit the site. It's expected, but still a bit botheome. I hope the common areas like the Party Hall are well-maintained.

My main concern is that the road leading to the project can get a bit congested during peak hou, especially coming from Porur. Still, overall, it seems like a good investment for me.
