We liked the fact that it's ready to move in, so we could settle quickly. DAC Developeseem to have provided good amenities like car parking and 24x7 CCTV surveillance, which gives us peace of mind. The Vastu compliant design was a plus point for us. However, the construction dust from ongoing nearby developments can be a bit botheome sometimes, especially when the wind blows. Also, it would be helpful if they had more visitor parking available, as the current arrangement feels a bit tight. Despite these small points, we are happy with our purchase.
