    We chose DAC Sampurna because of its proximity to NSN Memorial School, which is nearby. Our children are enrolled there. We bought a 3 BHK apartment with 1314 square feet of built-up area. The project by DAC Developewas completed in December 2021 and is ready to move in. The children's play area is a definite plus, and the building has lifts, which are helpful with kids and groceries. The price for our unit was around 1.08 Crore. While the location is good for schools, the overall traffic in Tambaram can be challenging during school drop-off and pick-up times. Also, the Hindu Mission Hospital is nearby but data was unavailable, which is something to consider for emergencies. Nevertheless, the space and amenities are satisfactory.
