DAC Sagar in Pammal caught our eye because of its ready-to-move status and the 3 BHK configuration we needed, with a spacious 1414 Sq.ft built-up area. DAC Developehave provided a lift and a children's play area which our kids will love. The proximity to Peace On Green Earth Public School is also a huge advantage for us. One thing we noticed is that the construction dust from ongoing work nearby can be a bit botheome sometimes. Still, the Vastu compliant design is a big plus.
