I bought a plot at DAC Nakshathra Avenue in Poonamallee for my growing family. The location in Chennai West is quite accessible, near NH48 and the Outer Ring Road. We got a plot of 1800 Sq.ft, which is a good size. The price was around 45 Lakhs, which was within our budget for a plot. DAC Developehas provided a children's play area and landscaping, which are important for us. It's ready to move. The Sri Krish International School is also not too far, nearby. The main issue we've noticed is the traffic during peak houon the Poonamallee high road can be quite heavy, making the commute longer than expected sometimes.
