The built-up area for the 2 BHK is 949 Sq.ft, which seems sufficient for my needs. I liked the idea of the solar power system and the EV charging point, which are modern additions. The price of 1.71 Crore is within my budget. The project is under construction and expected to be completed by February 2028. DAC Developeseem to have a good reputation.
