The sales team explained the amenities like the Yoga area and fire sprinkle, which were nice to know. The flat size is around 876 Sq.ft, which feels adequate for me as a single peon starting out. The price range of 43.36 Lakh to 45.05 Lakh was within my budget after getting a loan approved. Getting into a ready to move property was important for me. I haven't seen the OC details yet, so I'm hoping that's not a major issue down the line.
