Finally moving out of our rental place! We chose DABC Euphorbia Phase 3 for our family. This 3 BHK flat is spacious, about 1230 square feet, which is a big upgrade. It cost us around 34.44 Lakh. Being ready to move was a major factor for us. The area has schools nearby, which is perfect as we both teach. ColouIndian School is nearby. We do wish the road access was a bit better though; Polachery, near Moolacheri, can get a bit congested during peak hou, and we are concerned about traffic noise.
