Location in Wadgaon is decent, not too far from main areas. The closed car parking is a good feature to have. Water supply seems consistent so far. The only minor issue is that the road leading to the project can get a bit dusty during dry spells. Overall, it seems like a practical choice for our fit home. D Y Developehave handed over the project on time which is a plus point. We are happy with the initial experience.
