My children attend school nearby, and the 3-minute distance to Kavi Nazrul Metro Station means their commute will be easy. We are looking at a 3 BHK flat, and the carpet area around 700 square feet seems sufficient. The developer, D S Enterprise, has a project currently under construction, expected to be ready by December 2028. The proximity to Narayana Hospital - RN Tagore Hospital, Mukundapur is also reassuring. My only reservation is the dust and noise from ongoing construction in the vicinity. We are hoping this settles down once the project is completed and the surrounding area becomes more developed. Closed car parking is a useful amenity.
