I bought a 2 BHK apartment with a carpet area of 626 sq.ft for about 49 Lakhs. The key factofor me were the reliable water supply and the landscaping, which makes the complex pleasant. D. P. Developealso included solid waste management and a sewage treatment plant, which is important for long-term living. My parents are happy with the location on BT Kawade Road, as it's accessible. The only minor issue is that the OC received status is not available, which was a bit concerning initially, but since the project was completed in October 2018, I am hoping for the best.
