As a government employee, stability and location are important. D N Nath Tower in Aurangabad offered a ready-to-move-in 2 BHK apartment. The carpet area is decent, around 468 Sq.ft to 517 Sq.ft. The proximity to Aurangabad Station at nearby is very useful for my work travel. Also, the nearby Paithan Road and Beed Bypass Road offer good connectivity. The developer, D N Develope, included essential amenities like a fire fighting system and sewage treatment plant, which shows they care about safety and environment. The apartment was completed in December 2019, so it is not brand new but feels solid. We are happy with the purchase so far.
