The location is fantastic, with Shrimanta Shankar Academy Senior Secondary School and Apollo Hospitals just a 5-minute drive away. This is great for our future family plans. The 3 BHK flats are quite spacious, around 859 square feet carpet area, which gives us plenty of room. Magnum BuildeGuwahati is the developer, and the project is under construction, scheduled for completion in October 2029.
