It's still under construction, expected to be ready by August 2027. The developer, D K Construction, seems to be building it well. The amenities like Solid Waste Management And Disposal and Sewage Treatment Plant are good. Being close to Bishop Westcott Boys' School and Bhagwan Mahavir Medica Supepecialty Hospital is a huge plus for us. The only slight worry is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, but we think it’s manageable.
