The price was about 41.26 Lakh, which felt a little steep for my fit buy, but the builder, D B Construction, has a decent reputation. The project is ready to move, which was important. I liked that it's a gated community with 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance. The proximity to Baranagar Metro Station, just over nearby, is also a significant advantage for commuting. The overall construction quality looks good from the outside. I am hoping the interiomatch up.

The project is ready to move, which was convenient for us. The amenities like 24x7 water supply and security are good for family living. My only concern is that the carpet area for the smaller 2 BHK units, starting at 515 Sq.ft, seems a bit small for growing children. Overall, it’s a practical choice for families needing good school access.
