The developer, D And T Properties, is building these flats in Pune's Kothrud area. The project is currently under construction, with an estimated completion date of December 2027. One thing that concerns me slightly is the parking situation; the closed car parking sounds good, but I hope it is spacious enough for larger vehicles.
