The developer, Shakti Builde, completed this project by December 2016. The location in Chandkheda, near Savita Greens Party Plot, offereasonable connectivity, although the final approach road is a bit narrow. Having 24x7 water supply and closed car parking are practical features that simplify daily life. It’s close to major hospitals and schools, which is a benefit for any resident. While I did not face any major issues, I felt the rooms could have been a little more spacious given the carpet area.
