The location in North Goa, Ambirna Socorro, is quite accessible. CV Constructions has included important facilities like high-speed elevatoand a car parking space for each unit, which is essential. The proximity to Mall De Goa, nearby, is also convenient for shopping and entertainment. My only minor observation is that some of the common areas could benefit from better lighting. Otherwise, it's a well-constructed project.

We checked out the children's play area, it looks good. The only slight issue is that the internal roads could be a bit wider, especially when you have guests visiting. The location in Ambirna Socorro, North Goa, is developing nicely. I like the idea of a gated community and the 24x7 water supply is a relief. The high-speed elevatoare a small but appreciated touch. I did notice the traffic can be a little heavy on the main road leading to the project during weekday mornings, so leaving a bit earlier is advisable. Overall, it feels like a good, secure place to call home.

  Our main priority was proximity to THE ARDEE SCHOOL, GOA and CV Darius Paradise Phase II is very close. We got a 2 BHK apartment here. The kids love the children's play area and the recreation facilities. Having a gated community provides peace of mind with the children playing outside. The built-up area for the 2 BHKs ranges from 1243 Sq.ft to 1616 Sq.ft, so we picked one on the larger side. The 24x7 water supply is reliable. We did find the parking area to be a bit cramped if multiple visitoarrive at the same time, which could be an issue during family gatherings. Still, it’s a good environment for families.

The location in Ambirna Socorro, North Goa, seemed promising and CV Constructions has provided a children's play area which my niece enjoyed during our visit. The project is ready to move, which was a huge relief as I wanted to settle in quickly. I like that it's a gated community with basic amenities like 24x7 water supply. The main road access could be a bit better; you have to take a smaller lane to reach the site.

  Moving from our rented flat felt like a big step, but CV Darius Paradise Phase II made it smoother. We purchased a 3 BHK which has a built-up area of 1646 Sq.ft, giving us plenty of room to grow. The fact that it is ready to move was a huge plus, as we didn't want to wait anymore. CV Constructions has included a jogging track which is great for my husband’s morning runs. The rainwater harvesting system is also a good environmental feature. We did notice some dust from nearby ongoing construction, which is a minor inconvenience but hopefully temporary. The community feels peaceful.
