Buying was a big decision, costing upwards of 3.4 Crore, but the space and the ready-to-move aspect made it worthwhile for us. My kids love the children's play area. The 24x7 security gives us peace of mind. The proximity to Mall De Goa is also a bonus for weekend outings.
