CSR Golden Enclave offeresidential plots in Tukkuguda, South Hyderabad. I bought a plot of 1800 Sq.ft. The pricing starts from 30 Lakhs, which is competitive for the area, and my plot cost around 35 Lakhs. It's a gated community with good security features like 24x7 CCTV surveillance. The proximity to the Nehru Outer Ring Road is very beneficial for travel. Lakshmi Hospital is also very close, just 550 meteaway. The project is ready to move. However, the traffic on the main road leading to Tukkuguda can be quite heavy during peak hou, which is a minor inconvenience. The amenities like a children's play area and landscaping are well-maintained.

We chose CSR Golden Enclave because of its proximity to good schools. The Aga Khan Academy is only nearby, which is very convenient for us. We purchased a plot around 3000 Sq.ft. It is a ready to move project, so we can start planning our house construction soon. The community has a temple and a children's play area, which is great for families. Also, 24x7 water supply is a must. My only concern is the current dust from ongoing construction nearby, but hopefully that will settle down. The price range is quite wide, ouwas in the middle. Overall, it seems like a good place to build a family home.

I bought a larger plot, 3600 Sq.ft, in CSR Golden Enclave for investment purposes. South Hyderabad is a growing area, and Tukkuguda is showing good potential. CSR Developehave a few projects, so I trust their delivery. This is a ready to move plot, which means I can lease it out sooner. The price for my plot was around 99 Lakhs. It’s close to the airport, nearby, which is good for accessibility. They have good amenities like a gated community, 24x7 CCTV, and rainwater harvesting. The only downside is the approach road to the project itself, it could be better maintained. But for the price and location, it is a decent investment.

Amenities like a temple, children's play area, and landscaping are decent additions. However, the price point is on the higher side, starting from 30 Lakhs and going up to nearly 1 Crore. The lack of OC details available was also a slight concern for me.

The plot size we got is 1800 Sq.ft which is good for future construction. It's ready to move which was a big plus for us. The price was a bit high, around 40 Lakhs for our plot, but we felt the location is worth it. It’s close to the Nehru Outer Ring Road, so commuting to work in the city should be easier. We decided to buy a plot in CSR Golden Enclave for our retirement home. We selected a 2500 Sq.ft plot. The location in Tukkuguda is peaceful, and it's nice that it's a gated community with 24/7 security and water supply. The presence of a temple within the premises is a plus for us. It is ready to move in, so we can start building our house whenever we are ready. The price was reasonable for the area, around 60 Lakhs. It is close to Lakshmi Hospital, which is convenient. My only hesitation was the distance to the city center, but the Nehru Outer Ring Road is nearby, which helps. The landscaping and tree planting add to the pleasant environment.
