We've been renting for yeaand finally decided to buy. We looked at a 1 BHK flat at CSC Belva, which has a built-up area ranging from 380 to 539 square feet. The project is ready to move, which suited our timeline perfectly. CSC Realty included features like 24x7 security and power backup, which are important for us. The location in Attibele is quite accessible to St. Dominic's School, which is nearby. The surrounding area does have some dust and construction debris from ongoing developments, but that’s common in growing areas. We are happy with the space.
