The built-up area for the 2 BHK is between 1140 to 1225 square feet, which is spacious enough for my family. The price was around 40 Lakhs, which was manageable. The location in Nacharam is quite good, with easy access to essential services. The children's play area and the 24x7 security are important features for me. The only thing I noticed is that the OC received status is not available, which is a bit concerning for future clarity. Otherwise, the project has basic amenities.
