The price point is decent, starting from around 25 Lakhs for smaller ones up to about 32 Lakhs. It's ready to move, which is great. We visited the site and the construction quality looked pretty solid. The Sewage Treatment Plant is a good eco-friendly feature. Our only worry is the traffic on the Chennai Bypass Road during peak hou, but overall we are happy with the decision.
