The location isn't too far from essential services, though PARVATHY HOSPITAL is not something I could find details for nearby. The price was attractive. My only real hesitation was the age of the building, completed in 2011, and the lack of specific OC details might be a concern for some. However, the flat itself seems well-maintained from inside.
