This is my fit property purchase, a 1 BHK in Creative Jagdamba Heights. The carpet area is 450 square feet. I chose this project because it's ready to move and the developer, Creative BuildeAnd DevelopePune, offegood basic amenities like 24x7 water supply and a lift. It’s a gated community which makes me feel safer. The proximity to Sahyadri Academy Baramati, a short distance, is great for potential future needs. My only worry is that the rooms feel a little compact. Also, I noticed some dust from ongoing nearby construction, but hopefully, that will settle down soon. The overall structure looks solid and the electrification, including transformer and solar energy provisions, is a good sign.

We liked the idea of having a jogging track and ample car parking facilities within the gated community. The developer, Creative BuildeAnd DevelopePune, seems to have focused on security with 24x7 guards and CCTV. We were impressed with the landscaping and tree planting as well. The location in Baramati is decent, though reaching the main city centre can take some time depending on traffic.
