Cozy Homes has ready-to-move plots, which was less intimidating for a fit-time buyer like me. The nearby Montfort School Nagpur (1.5 km) is a definite plus for future planning. I did notice that the access road to the project could be a bit better; it feels a little narrow when you drive in. It's not a major issue, but something Cozy Homes could look into improving. Overall, it felt like a safe fit investment.
