We were looking for a larger home as our kids are growing up. Courtyard Meridian has 3 BHK apartments starting from 919 Sq.ft which seems decent. The location in Sevasi TP1 is quite good, and it's not too far from Akshar Public School at nearby. My husband liked the idea of a Gated Campus and 24X7 Water Supply. The construction is still underway, with completion expected in December 2027. We are a bit concerned about the traffic on High Tension Road during peak hou, but hopefully, that will improve. The open area for natural light is also a plus for us, making the home feel less cramped. We are hoping it will be a good environment for the children to grow up in.
