It is ready to move in which was a huge plus for us. The location in South Goa is nice and quiet, though getting to the airport takes about 13 kilometeThe builder, Costa Constructions, seems reliable. We liked the idea of having utility shops and an ATM right inside the campus for daily needs. The earthquake-resistant structure is also reassuring. Overall, it feels like a good start for us.
