Finding a decent place in Bhiwadi that is ready to move was my priority. Cosmos Devdar Apartment seemed like a good option. I looked at a 2 BHK flat which was about 830 square feet. It's a manageable size for me. The price of 23.24 Lakh was quite attractive. I liked that there's a swimming pool and a cycling track, which are great for staying active. The 24/7 security provides peace of mind as I often come home late from work. The location is on Alwar Bypass Road, which is decent. My main concern is the traffic noise from the bypass, it can be a bit loud sometimes, especially during peak houAlso, the power backup is essential, and they have that, which is a big relief.

The biggest draw for us was the proximity to RPS School, which is very close by, making the morning school run much easier. The children's play area is also a nice amenity for the kids. We visited the site and the construction quality looked good. The community hall is a bonus for family functions. The price point around 25 Lakhs was acceptable for us. The only thing we are a bit worried about is the parking situation, it seems a bit tight for multiple ca, but we are managing for now. We are hoping the developer, Cosmos Infra Engineering (India) Ltd, will address this soon.
