Our main reason for choosing Cosmo Celesse was the promise of a Children's Play Area and a Designed Park with Walking Tracks. We envision our kids playing safely within the secure compound wall. The plot sizes are quite generous, starting from 147 Sq.yd. Up to 489 Sq.yd., giving us options for future expansion. The Vastu compliant aspect was also important for us. The project is a 11.5 Acres Premium Gated Layout, which feels secure. However, the dust from the ongoing construction, even though it's ready to move, is a bit much right now. We are hoping vasudaika Realty LLP P will manage the landscaping and clean-up effectively before the final completion in November 2024. The internal roads and footpaths are decent so far.
