    I was looking for a spacious apartment in New Gurgaon and settled on a 3 BHK in Corona Gracieux. The larger configuration of 1860 Sq.ft provides ample room for my family and home office. The price of 2.1 Crore was acceptable given the size and location. It's a gated community with good security, which is important for me. The jogging track is a nice touch for my morning routine. Having 100% power backup means my work is never interrupted. The only drawback is the distance to the nearest metro station, which is quite a commute. The Miracles Apollo Hospital is also very far, over nearby, which is concerning.
