It’s very close to Maharishi Vidya Mandir Senior Secondary School, and importantly, Dr. Mehta's Hospitals is nearby, making my commute to the hospital very manageable. The Kilpauk Metro Station is also a short nearby walk, which is great for exploring the city or for family visiting. The area around EVR Road can have some traffic congestion, especially during certain times of the day, which is a minor drawback. Overall, the location is superb for my needs.
