It is located very close to the Velachery Tambaram Main Road, about half a kilometer away, which makes commuting easy. My wife also liked that Sri Sankara Global Academy is also just a short walk from the project. The Coromandel Engineering Company Limited seems to have a good reputation. We are still waiting to hear about the configurations and exact pricing but the initial feel of the location is positive.
