The proximity to SUT Hospital is a definite advantage for their healthcare needs. The lifts and power backup are essential amenities that provide peace of mind. However, overall, the location is convenient and the project appeawell-maintained.

It's located in Kuravankonam, which is a pretty convenient area in Thiruvananthapuram. Getting to our office takes about 30 minutes, which is manageable. The price point was around 66 Lakhs, which we thought was reasonable for the size and location. The builder, Cordon ConstructoAnd RealtoPvt Ltd, seems to have completed this project a while back, back in 2015. Power backup is a big plus, especially during the monsoon season here. We haven't faced any issues with the lifts so far. Overall, it's a decent property for a young couple starting out.

Also, the noise from the nearby ISRO Bus Station, which is also nearby, can be audible sometimes, especially in the mornings. We are hoping the power backup amenity will be reliable.
