The price point was around 66 Lakhs, which we thought was reasonable for the size and location. The builder, Cordon ConstructoAnd RealtoPvt Ltd, seems to have completed this project a while back, back in 2015. Power backup is a big plus, especially during the monsoon season here. We haven't faced any issues with the lifts so far. Overall, it's a decent property for a young couple starting out.
