My partner and I were looking for our fit home. We decided on Copco Tamara Terrace because it's in a developing area and the prices were within our budget, starting from 31.67 Lakh for a 2 BHK. We got a 754 sq.ft flat. The proximity to the Outer Ring Road at nearby is great for weekend getaways. We also liked the cycling and jogging track within the complex. The indoor games facility is a nice touch for when we have friends over. The only minor issue is the construction quality looks okay, but I wish there was more information available about when the OC was received. Still, COPCO Homes seems to have a decent track record.

The gymnasium is useful for staying active. Its proximity to Apollo Hospitals (1.2 km) and the Aishwarya Nagar Bus Stop (0.5 km) is very convenient for my daily needs and appointments. While the project is well-equipped, the lack of information regarding the Completion Certificate and OC received is a minor concern for me, but the builder, COPCO Homes, appeareputable.

We were looking for a larger flat for our growing family and chose Copco Tamara Terrace. It's conveniently close to Velammal Vidyalaya Ayanambakkam, which was a major deciding factor for us. We bought a 2 BHK, 956 sq.ft built-up. The price was around 40 Lakh. Having a dedicated kids' play area and a gymnasium is fantastic for the whole family. The 24x7 security gives us peace of mind. The area is close to NH48 and the Chennai-Bengaluru National Highway, which is good for connectivity, but sometimes the noise from the highway can be a bit much, especially with the windows open. The car parking is closed, which is a good feature.

We chose a unit around 800 sq.ft. The location in Kil Ayanambakkam is quiet compared to the main city roads. We liked the central cooling system mentioned, although we haven't experienced the full summer yet. The maintenance staff being available is also a big relief. The only drawback is the approach road to the project itself; it's a bit narrow and can get dusty during dry weather. We are hoping the surrounding development will improve this soon.
