We chose Constructions Panneer Gardens primarily because of its location. Yuvabharathi Public School is right next door, which is a massive relief for us with two young children. The 2 BHK villa configuration we are considering offeenough space for our family. Pannimadai is a bit away from the city center, but the connectivity via National Highway 67 is decent. We did notice that the roads leading directly to the project can be a bit narrow and dusty at times, which is something to keep in mind. Shinago Constructions has provided a convenient setup for families.
